At Rocky & Sandy, we take pride in delivering premium quality edible 24K gold leaf products. Due to the hygienic and consumable nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable.

However, refunds or replacements may be considered under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged during delivery
  • The wrong item was delivered

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
  • Provide clear photo or video evidence of the issue

Approved cases will be eligible for:

  • Replacement of product, or
  • Partial/full refund (case-by-case basis)

We do not accept refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Improper handling or storage after delivery
